Inside Sales Representative

Primary Function: 
The Inside Sales Representative position works closely with the Regional Sales Manager for the assigned territory to achieve the minimum sales objective. The right candidate must have sales and technical ability to sell engineered electromechanical components, particularly solenoids, solenoid valves, and relays. This position is primarily an internally based position, but light travel may be required from time to time.
Essential Job Functions: 
Provide customer service to all customers within assigned territory. Must work closely with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager to determine degree of involvement with each customer.
Prepare and submit quotations.
Manage customer orders.
Work with internal staff to insure finish goods inventory are maintained to satisfy customer requirements
Manage customer change requests to insure timely implementation. When inventory is affected by change requests, the Internal Sales Representative will insure that Deltrol is properly compensated for any scrap or rework required.
Manage customer return requests using the RMA process.
Provide technical assistance to customers to help apply our products in their applications.
Facilitate the completion and timeliness of engineering projects for customers in assigned territory.
Assist Regional Sales Manager in customer prospecting.
Coordinate all customer visits to Deltrol.
Provide forecast information as required.
Update website and product literature as required.
This position is responsible to comply with all aspects of the safety program.
