Ziros™ Technology is Deltrol’s fully encapsulated coil design engineered specifically for valves used in harsh industrial environments like floor scrubbing applications. Each coil incorporates sealed electrical connectors built to withstand high pressure washdowns, full immersion, and extreme thermal shock. Ziros Technology allows dispensing valves to be mounted close to the cleaning surface without sacrificing life expectancy, creating greater flexibility for the mounting location. Delivering long lasting performance where reliability matters most, Ziros Technology reduces downtime and service costs due to moisture ingression.

Designed for continuous duty, these coils operate safely without the risk of overheating, even under demanding conditions. The advanced encapsulation material provides exceptional chemical resistance, protecting against a wide range of industrial solvents, degreasers, and cleaning solutions. All metallic components are rigorously tested to endure 300 hours of salt spray exposure per ASTM B117, ensuring durability in corrosive environments. Submersion life testing shows these coils last up to five times longer than encapsulated alternatives from other suppliers, offering unmatched longevity and value.

Each coil is validated through IP69K high pressure washdown testing to ensure maximum protection and reliability. They are engineered for a nominal power draw of 12 watts and rated for continuous operation (100% ED), making them ideal for demanding, around the clock applications. Coil materials are carefully selected to achieve a Class F insulation rating, supporting high thermal endurance. Standard terminal voltages include 12, 24, and 36 VDC, with additional voltage options available upon request to meet specialized application needs.
