As Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for successfully executing sales strategies that increase our sales revenue. In this critical role, you will build strong relationships with our existing customers and relationships with new customers. You will be expected to fully understand the market opportunities in the industries we serve. The right candidate must have sales and technical ability to sell engineered electromechanical components, particularly solenoids, solenoid valves, and relays. You will be required to develop a strategic account plan to target existing and new customers in meeting and/or exceeding Project Gross Margins (PGM) and Sales Objectives. We are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager residing in the Indiana/Ohio/Pennsylvania area. Additional territory will be part of the Regional Sales Manager’s responsibilities. This is a full-time, exempt position.
